Before you buy

I play on Bedrock. How do I buy?

You can! Join with play.hardstonesmp.org on port 19013. When you log in to the store, type * before your gamertag, for example *Steve. If your gamertag has spaces, replace them with _.

Do I need my parent or guardian's consent to purchase?

Yes. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchase. Ask them to review the order and payment details with you.

How are purchases delivered?

Digital items are normally delivered to the Minecraft account entered during checkout. Make sure your username is correct, then relog if needed. If something is missing, contact staff through Discord before opening a payment dispute.

What if I entered the wrong username?

Contact our staff as soon as possible with your Tebex order ID and the correct username. We will review the order and let you know what can be done.

Can I request a refund or cancel an order?

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations, so please review the package details and confirm your Minecraft username before completing checkout. If there is a delivery problem, contact staff through Discord with your Tebex order ID so we can investigate it.

Who handles checkout and payment details?

Tebex operates the checkout process and handles billing support and payment processing. HardstoneSMP staff handle in-game delivery and server-related support.
